Console works well as periferal cabinet

Very nice high quality tv stand
I was very impressed with this stand. I had a difficult time finding a corner stand with doors in the front that I could fasten shut to keep my little one from getting to the components but this one fit the bill. It went together quickly I believe with just a screwdriver, I would estimate 45 minutes but someone very handy could do it more quickly. The fit and finish was very good and I had none of those issues I've experienced before where drill holes didn't line up or some piece of hardware was marginal. It's a very solid and smart looking piece of furniture. I believe it's rated for a 42 inch max tv but I have a 46" flat screen on it and it fits great. The cabinet holds a lot and I have 4 or 5 components inside. Also delivery was a cinch and it came quickly and most importantly, undamaged. (I had ordered two prior units from another vender that both arrived beat up and had to be sent back). I would highly reccommend this media stand and vendor and amazon price was unbeatable.

Great TV stand!
This is a great TV stand! Very solid and sturdy. I needed something to keep our 42 inch TV out of my toddler's reach and this is perfect. I ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered by Wednesday. I put it together by myself in about 30 minuites. I'm very happy overall with this purchase! No complaints what so ever!

Exactly what I was looking for
I ordered the corner TV stand with reservation of the quality. For the cost, this piece far exceeded my expectations. This is a well made sturdy piece of furniture. Assembly was easy and quick. Visiondecor Furniture was very easy to work with. I had one issue with a piece and they replaced it immediately.

Nice TV Stand
I got this TV stand for my guest room. The finish was nicer than I thought. All the pieces were there, and I assembled this whole thing in less than 2 hours. I have never put together furniture in my life, but I didn't want to wait for my husband to do it. The directions were perfectly clear and only needed a screwdriver to build. The stand is fairly heavy, very sturdy. I put a 42 inch flat screen TV on it, and it looks beautiful, and is a great fit. The cable box fits on one of the adjustable shelves. There is a hole for all the cords & cables to run through the back, so it's nice & neat. I love this TV stand. Oh and my guestroom furniture is a Broyhill collection, and it seems to have a better quality finish than the Broyhill, but it matches nicely with it. Top to learn more

Fireplace console

really love it
i was very pleased with this purchase. it was easy to put together, my son had it together in an hour. it is a nice looking piece of furniture and the amount of heat it puts out is surprising. the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is it had a small scratch on the bottom piece but it was easily disguised, because of color i took a black marker and ran it over the scratch and it covered it, believe me i am very picky, and all in all i am very happy. Better than expected
I purchased the off-white media center. It arrived almost a week early, in perfect shape, not one scratch! Its true--its very easy to put together, looks much nicer than I had expected, the fire does actually look somewhat realistic, it throws out a considerable amount of heat (controlled by thermostat), and I love the remote that came with it. Another bonus is that my speakers fit in the side cabinets so I don't have to look at them AND the louvered doors can be left closed without muffling the speaker sound. The height of the unit is perfect too, I no longer have to prop my tv up on a tray. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the weight of my 42 inch Vizio made the top of the console sag in the center. Remedied that problem with the "optional" post, but the ad for this product says the console is idea for 50-Inch flat screen TV which I assume would weigh much more than the 42 inch that I have. I started looking for a tv stand in Circuit City. They didn't have anything I thought was appealing. Bestbuy had some nice items, but they were way too expensive for anything decent.I was a little skeptical ordering this from Amazon as I couldn't see it in person to see the quality in person, but I gambled and bought it. This stand for under 300 dollars I believe is much nicer quality than the 500-600 dollar ones @ Best buy! Easy to assemble, appealing, and high quality. The wood wasn't that cheap compressed stuff that a lot of manufacturers use.I don't know how this would work with a crt (tube) tv, but the description above clearly states flat screens.I did the free trial of Amazon Prime, and this arrived within one day of shipping, and within 2 of purchase!Overall, 5/5 !! Very Satisfied
At first I was skeptical to buy a piece of furniture online, but since I couldn't find another console in my price range that I liked, I took a leap of faith and ordered this piece. I was very plesantly surprised. The console came quickly. When I opened it up and started to put it together, I realized that the base piece was cracked. I called SEI and they sent me a new one immediately - no questions, no hassles. It arrived within the week. I admit that the directions could have been a little more detailed, but I was able to put it together myself pretty easily. I'm also pleasantly surpsied at the quality. The materials are solid, not flimsy, the color is nice (just like the picture), and it's a sturdy piece. It's pretty stylish and definately doesn't look like it was made from a kit. I have it down in my basement in the den/kid's playroom with a 42" tv on it and the accompanying accessories, and it not only looks good on the outside, but I know it will be able to... Adequate for the money spent
Pros: 1) Real wood! There might be some particle board in the base--I honestly can't remember--but the rest of the unit is real wood. 2) Easy assembly. There's nothing difficult about putting this together. The parts are clearly marked and the instructions by nature are not difficult to follow. Even the glass doors are preassembled. They slip right in place and move smoothly and effortlessly. 3) Unit is packaged nicely. Everything is well packed in styrofoam and the hardware is clearly marked and blister-packaged. 4) Nice design. Should fit well with contemporary or mission styles of furniture.Cons: 1) Although the stain is dark, it is a very light coat. Removing the assembly labels resulted in some unintentional scraping away of the finish. Fortunately the labels were placed so that their remnants are unnoticable. 2) The cam-lock posts screw into threaded inserts in the wood, and the inserts are made of plastic or nylon... Beautiful, though overpriced
I got this from another store, where I had gift certificates, but still, the price could be better. It is certainly worthy of 5 stars though, in every other regard. We bought a 46" LCD and it looks perfect on this stand. I would not recommend anything over 47" or anything under 42" for a TV. The stand is a nice black, and while not all wood, it LOOKS very nice, and expensive. We had no defective pieces upon recieiving it, and assembly took about an hour and a half, with my husband doing 99% of it by himself.The glass doors add a really nice touch and the little round floral emblem on the bottom really adds to the look of it. It is very classy and traditional, but with a touch of modern with the clean black color. The height of it is really nice too, not too tall, not too short.
